All Sales Are Final
Because each candle is hand-poured in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product + packaging. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Scent Preferences
We cannot issue returns or refunds for scent preferences — we recommend reading each fragrance description carefully before ordering.
