📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time

  • All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
  • During restocks, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Times

  • Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.00.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is on the way.

Local Pickup/Delivery (Optional)

  • If you’re local to Detroit we may offer free pickup. Select this option at checkout if available.

Damages & Issues

  • Each candle is packaged with care to prevent breakage. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll happily send a replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS/UPS first using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • If you experience an issue with your candle, reach out to us — we want you to love your order and will make it right where possible.
