Products

  • Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are normal and part of the handmade process.
  • Product descriptions are written as accurately as possible, but scent experiences may vary depending on room size, airflow, and personal preference.

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Payment is required at checkout through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, TikTok Shop).
  • Held Home reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipping.
  • Once shipped, Held Home is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.
